Amazon Data Services Spain, S.L. is seeking a Data Center Manager to lead and develop high-performing technical teams, and to drive the future of cloud infrastructure.

You will oversee operations, optimize processes, and guide expansion of data centers across our global network. Applicants should have a proven track record in people management, project delivery in complex settings, and strong collaboration with business leaders.

Formación

• Experience in people management and team development.
• Experience managing complex and fast-moving issues.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in dynamic settings.
• Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle for daily use.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop high-performing technical teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Optimize data center operations through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.
• Manage infrastructure projects, including maintenance of existing facilities and strategic expansion of new data centers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operational performance.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing robust metrics, incident management, and capacity planning strategies.
