Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Commercial Programme Manager to drive high-impact programmes across Commercial, Marketing, Product, Clinical and Operations. You will lead the Health & Wellbeing portfolio, shaping how value is delivered to clients and improving customer experience while supporting retention.

The role requires strong collaboration with senior stakeholders, excellent communication, and the ability to bring structure to complex initiatives across an international business.

Formación

• Experience delivering complex programmes in a commercial environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong planning, organisation, and execution skills to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic programme delivery from concept to value realisation.
• Shape and grow the Health & Wellbeing proposition across markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Management, Marketing and Product to drive market adoption.
• Develop meaningful programme reporting and dashboards for progress visibility.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to enable cross-functional alignment and momentum.
