Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects across Europe, MENA, India, and APAC. You will drive agile adoption, coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and PMO, and own financial planning for project portfolios.

The role requires 5+ years of delivery experience in IT infrastructure, strong leadership, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of delivery experience in IT infrastructure projects (large-scale).
• Experience with IT security, active directory, network, Windows endpoints, and Azure cloud advantageous.
• Experience across planning, resource allocation, budgeting, requirements, design, delivery to production handover.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization across multiple time zones to deliver projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and IT service management tooling (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Certifications in PMP/Prince2/SAFe are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple medium to large IT infrastructure projects across regions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and PMO on project activities.
• Develop and manage financial plans and budgets for projects.
• Define project scope and decompose work in Jira with clear ownership.
• Establish roles and responsibilities for project activities.
• Create and manage robust delivery plans with milestones and reviews.
• Communicate status, performance, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
