Destinus is seeking a Commercial Planning Manager to orchestrate our commercial ambitions, coordinating with Business Development, Programme Management, Legal and Operations. You will ensure licenses and demonstrations align with the pipeline and drive cross-functional collaboration across teams in Madrid.

The role requires robust planning, governance, and a proactive approach to export controls in the defense/aerospace sector, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial planning, sales operations, or commercial project management.
• Experience in the defense or aerospace industry with export-control knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Strong planning skills and a high level of accuracy.
• Fluent in English; Dutch, German or Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a rolling commercial calendar of bids, milestones, demonstrations and deliveries, flagging conflicts and risks.
• Serve as the link between teams, ensuring sales commitments are handed over to delivery.
• Align commercial plans with programme schedules and resource plans.
