Destinus is seeking a Head of Commercial Programs to act as senior chief of staff to the Commercial leadership, driving the programmatic backbone that connects strategy to execution across the commercial organisation. Reporting to the CCO, you will orchestrate cadence, governance, and cross-functional coordination that keep major pursuits, partnerships, and commercial initiatives on track.

Formación

• Master’s degree in MBA, PM, or Engineering.
• 8–12 years in programme management or as chief-of-staff.
• Defense/aerospace industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; eligible for security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted right hand to the CCO, managing priorities and decisions.
• Own leadership rhythm: prepare materials, run reviews, document decisions.
• Filter signal from noise; surface issues needing leadership attention.
• Lead end-to-end programme management of major pursuits and cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish governance connecting programmes to reporting, budgets, and compliance.
• Design escalation paths to route risks to the right decision-maker.
• Collaborate with Commercial Strategy to scale programme management.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with BD, PM, Legal, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Represent Commercial in steering committees; reflect priorities in decisions.
• Produce concise, decision-ready reporting for executives and board.
