Destinus is seeking a Head of Commercial Programs to serve as the senior chief of staff to the Commercial leadership, coordinating cadence, governance, and cross-functional workstreams across major pursuits and partnerships.

The role reports to the CCO and requires translating leadership priorities into disciplined programme plans, maintaining milestone discipline, and ensuring decisions are tracked and closed in a fast-moving, high-stakes commercial environment within the defense-adjacent

Formación

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Programme/Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of programme management, chief-of-staff or business-management experience in defence/aerospace.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder programmes end to end.
• Experience advising executive leadership as a chief of staff or senior business partner.
• Strong governance, risk management, and escalation process design.
• Fluent in English and eligible for EU security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted right hand to the CCO, managing priorities, follow-through, and decision tracking.
• Own the leadership rhythm: prepare materials, run reviews, ensure decisions documented and closed.
• Filter signal from noise across the commercial organisation and surface critical issues.
• Own end-to-end programme management of major commercial pursuits and cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish governance framework connecting programmes to reporting, budget cycles, and compliance.
• Design escalation paths so risks reach the right decision-maker in time.
• Partner with Commercial Strategy to scale programme management practices.
• Serve as central coordination across BD, PM, Legal, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Represent Commercial in cross-functional steering committees and reflect priorities.
• Produce concise reporting for executive and board audiences.
