Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is seeking a Commercial Director for its Spain cargo and ground handling operations, based in Madrid with extensive travel across Spain and Europe. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in aviation cargo and ground handling services.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven commercial acumen with ability to translate strategy into plans and results.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for cargo and ground handling services in Spain.
• Lead negotiations for new contracts, renewals and service agreements.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion and profitability targets.
• Manage key customer relationships and stakeholder networks across Spain.
• Oversee contract management, SLAs, KPIs and pricing with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and develop the Spain commercial team and collaborate with regional/Global teams.
