Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at a professional business level.
• Fluency in one or more of: Spanish, French, Arabic, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian, or Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Gartner clients and serve as a strategic partner throughout the client lifecycle.
• Develop a deep understanding of client priorities, initiatives, and business challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-level to functional leaders.
• Recommend strategies to maximize value of Gartner's research and advisory capabilities.
• Drive engagement, value realization, and ongoing utilization of Gartner services.
• Conduct regular business reviews focused on outcomes, priorities, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and outcomes.
• Contribute to client retention through consultative partnership and measurable value delivery.
