J.P. Morgan is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Workplace Solutions to manage relationships with users and decision-makers, drive revenue and growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with implementations, operations and service desk teams to maximise value from Workplace Solutions products.

The role requires building trusted adviser relationships, proactive client management, and the ability to identify value opportunities across named accounts.

Formación

• Share Plan experience is essential.
• Experience in relationship management in global companies.
• Proactive by nature; acts as trusted adviser to customers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage multiple initiatives.
• Ability to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients as assigned.
• Build depth in relationship by engaging with decision makers.
• Manage post-sales relationship for strategically significant accounts.
• Serve as primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through account planning and proactive communications.
• Meet targets for profitable sales and growth in assigned accounts.
• Stay informed on industry information to add value for clients.
• Build network of plan advisors and experts in region.
