Satispay seeks an accomplished CFO for its Luxembourg-regulated entity to oversee financial integrity, compliance, and fiscal oversight across Europe. You will align group goals with banking regulation while managing local balance sheets and capital adequacy.

Lead a scalable Finance function—statutory reporting, control, audit coordination, and interface with Group Finance—and drive growth and regulatory evolution across the organization.

Formación

• 8+ years of leadership in financial roles at EU financial hubs or Luxembourg-regulated institutions.
• Deep knowledge of CRR/CRD directives, CSSF requirements, Lux GAAP/IFRS.
• Qualified to meet the CSSF 'fit‑and‑proper' criteria for authorized director or manager.
• Hands-on experience in treasury management, financial control, reporting, and audit management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver local statutory accounts and regulatory filings for Group consolidation.
• Oversee liquidity management and treasury across the Luxembourg entity.
• Monitor capital, liquidity, and balance sheet risks with risk team.
• Act as financial representative to regulators, tax offices, and external auditors.
• Oversee financial control and management reporting for local and Group stakeholders.
• Manage finance operations: reconciliations, payables, receivables, month-end close.
• Coordinate with Group CFO for intercompany integration within Group Finance.
