Satispay seeks a Senior Strategic Project Manager in Luxembourg, leading high‑impact, cross‑hub initiatives across the Luxembourg and Milan hubs. You will partner with Legal, Compliance and Risk to embed regulatory requirements into roadmaps and drive complex programs with executive visibility.

Based in Luxembourg with frequent travel to Milan, you will shape strategic delivery, influence leadership decisions, and promote best practices in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Formación

• 6–7 years of hands-on experience in a regulated environment.
• Deep familiarity with compliance, legal, and regulatory matters.
• Proven track record of managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Familiarity with fintech, EMI licensing, PSD2/GDPR concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects across Luxembourg and Milan hubs.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Risk to incorporate regulatory requirements into roadmaps.
• Govern multi-hub programs with clear milestones and governance structures.
• Influence executive decisions through data-driven insights and stakeholder management.
• Champion best practices and regulatory alignment in project delivery.
