Satispay is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to scale and optimize our operational backbone across Europe. You’ll lead strategic operations, drive process standardisation, and align Product, Tech, Business Development and Compliance to ensure flawless end-to-end execution.

This role requires proven executive leadership in a fast-growing fintech, hands-on decision making, and willingness to relocate to Luxembourg with up to 50% travel to Luxembourg and Milan.

Formación

• Executive experience (COO, VP Ops or similar) in a fast-growing scale-up, tech or fintech environment.
• Proven success designing, scaling and managing complex operational processes at scale.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Operations: Direct daily operational activities to align with long-term objectives.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, standardise workflows, and implement scalable processes.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align operations with Product, Tech, Business Development and Compliance for end-to-end execution.
• Performance & Metrics: Define and drive KPIs, establish reporting frameworks, ensure data-driven decisions.
