Job summary

You will join a globally diverse team, contribute to capital planning and forecasts, and ensure regulatory compliance to support Revolut's growth and financial resilience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of treasury management experience in a financial institution or fintech.
• Solid understanding of UK/European banking regulations (CRR/PRA Rule Book).
• Forecasting skills with a track record of contributing analysis and explaining decisions to senior management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to break down complex issues and create elegant solutions.
• Expertise in treasury concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital plans and review subsidiary plans.
• Support business decision making and associated capital actions.
• Perform regular capital forecasts and assess ongoing capital adequacy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management.
• Support, developing, and monitoring key risk indicators to ensure adequate capital levels.
