Revolut is seeking a Financial Risk Manager to join the Risk function and strengthen second-line oversight across all functions, products, and regions. You will identify, quantify, and manage financial and trading risks, collaborating with Treasury, Finance, Operations, and Technology to independently assess risk-taking activities.

You will help shape risk appetite, monitor capital and liquidity, and ensure compliance with MiFIDPRU while driving the ICARA framework and robust risk controls

Qualifications

• Experience in financial risk management within multi-asset investment/trading firms or banks.
• Strong quantitative skills to build, interpret, and challenge risk models and scenarios.
• Familiarity with MiFIDPRU regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape and global markets.

Responsabilités

• Set standards for capital, market, and liquidity risk, including risk appetite and balance sheet management.
• Define responses to MiFIDPRU regulatory changes.
• Develop and implement the ICARA process.
• Embed risk framework with risk identification, control management, and breach remediation.
• Model financial risks under stress scenarios with appropriate assumptions and calibrations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of MiFIDPRU regulatory reports.
• Engage first-line businesses to identify, monitor, and govern emerging financial risks.
• Monitor exposures against internal and regulatory limits.
• Investigate risk events and escalate breaches to the appropriate committee.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to support risk governance and challenge emerging risks.
• Promote a pragmatic risk culture that enables sustainable growth.
