Job summary

Revolut Ltd in Barcelona is seeking a Business Risk Manager to advance our technology risk program across product and engineering teams. You will analyse risk profiles, design controls, and deliver data-driven insights to the Board and executive committees to drive informed decisions.

You will collaborate with 1LoD and stakeholders, translate complex risks into actionable guidance, and help shape policy, incident response, and risk reporting in a fast-growing fintech.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar risk management role.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, and data flows.
• Experience with Agile and Kanban in product delivery.
• Ability to adapt risk messaging to different audiences.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience providing control testing support to 1LoD.

Responsibilities

• Analyse risk profiles across Technology and Product teams.
• Design, implement, and test controls to reduce risk.
• Perform risk and control assessments and provide actionable insights.
• Record, handle, and report risk incidents.
• Deliver technology risk insights for the Board and committees.
• Support policy and guideline implementation for operational risk management.
• Review ICT documentation and update it as needed.
