Job summary

Visium SA is seeking an AI Strategy Manager to work directly with clients, owning one-to-many collaborations to create significant value. You will lead AI strategy engagements end-to-end and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver executive-ready transformation programs that realize measurable ROI.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, drive account growth, and contribute to practice development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI, Data, Digital Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record developing and executing AI & Data strategies from vision to value realization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Role

As an AI Strategy Manager you'll be responsible to work directly with clients and you'll take ownership of one to many collaborations with the purpose to create significant value for our client. As part of your responsibilities you'll:

• Lead AI strategy engagements end-to-end, translating strategic vision into actionable transformation programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (consulting, data, AI engineering) to ensure high-quality executive outcomes and measurable business impact (ROI).
• Build and nurture trusted-advisor relationships with key working-level and senior client stakeholders, facilitating executive decision-making.
• Own commercial performance within engagements, contributing to account growth, proposal development, scoping, and pre-sales activities.
• Manage and develop consulting team members, providing coaching, structured feedback, and performance oversight.
• Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, case studies, and internal consulting methodology development.

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including:

• 6+ years of experience in AI, Data, Digital Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related field, with significant experience leading complex strategy engagements.
• Proven track record of developing and executing AI & Data strategies from vision and roadmap through implementation and value realization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms, and emerging AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with creative problem-solving on complex issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels; strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• A self-starter with a proven track record of breaking new ground and creating value.
• Data Science, ML or Computer Science background.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or Chemicals is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish, French and/or German are a plus.
