Novartis is seeking a Head of AI Strategy & Governance to lead the development AI strategy, governance model, and decision-support processes across Development, DDIT, and enterprise AI. This role drives strategic decision-making for the AI portfolio, aligning priorities with market signals and external benchmarks.

The position requires an advanced degree and extensive leadership experience in AI-driven transformation, governance, and portfolio management within global organizations.

Formación

• Advanced degree in data science, AI, or related field.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Extensive AI/data/tech transformation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and evolve AI strategy and governance frameworks.
• Lead competitive intelligence and external benchmarking.
• Coordinate portfolio reviews and prioritization across AI initiatives.
• Monitor external landscape and update priorities accordingly.
• Provide governance training and decision-support materials to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Governance, and Enterprise AI.
