Alira Health is seeking an AI Lead to define and execute the company’s AI strategy across regulated life sciences programs. You will drive practical adoption of AI assistants and agentic workflows, focusing on scalable operational enablement, reliability, and end-to-end ownership of data and AI solutions.

You will lead a focused team of Data and AI Engineers, shape architecture on Azure and Snowflake, implement governance, and deliver production-grade platforms with measurable business impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML in regulated life sciences environments.
• Experience leading Data/AI Engineering teams and projects.
• Strong governance and compliance mindset for AI initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and operate production data/ML systems at scale.
• Executive presence with cross-functional leadership across IS&T/IT, PMO, Operations, and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Alira Health’s AI strategy and adoption roadmap across IEC and EVG.
• Lead integration of AI assistants and agentic workflows into scalable operations.
• Design, deliver, and operate scalable data and AI systems on Azure/Snowflake.
• Oversee a team of Data and AI Engineers and set technical direction.
• Establish centralized AI governance aligned with business strategy and compliance.
• Define data governance foundations and ensure feasibility checks across projects.
