Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH is seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) to manage and grow a defined customer portfolio across Rutronik’s product range. You will build lasting relationships, plan visits, and lead negotiations to hit sales and margin targets.

Ideal candidates will have B2B sales or technical sales experience within electronics distribution, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• Professional experience in B2B sales, account management, or technical sales.
• Ideally a background in electronics distribution, electronic components, or another technical B2B environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Structured and proactive way of working with the ability to manage multiple customer projects.
• Fluent Spanish and good English skills, combined with willingness to travel within the sales region.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop a defined customer portfolio to achieve sales, margin, and design-in targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio.
• Plan and conduct customer visits, annual negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Coordinate quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and customer projects throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with Internal Sales, Product Marketing, Field Application Engineers, Material Management, and Supply Chain.
• Develop joint customer strategies with manufacturers and internal stakeholders to further expand the regional business.
