POP MART Spain S.L. in Barcelona is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily retail operations and ensure an exceptional shopping experience across our stores.

You will support the Store Manager, train the sales team, handle customer queries, manage inventory, and monitor daily sales to drive targets while maintaining store standards and visuals in line with POP MART guidelines. Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and act as the reference point in their absence.
• Contribute to excellent customer service by addressing issues or complaints.
• Assist in training and coordinating the sales team and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate to achieve sales targets by motivating the team and monitoring results.
• Monitor inventory and report replenishment needs or discrepancies.
• Support loss prevention and stockroom procedures.
• Maintain high standards of order, cleanliness and merchandising per guidelines.
• Perform opening/closing cash procedures accurately and on time.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate priorities and updates.
• Provide support for shift planning and daily sales reporting.
