The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, guiding customers to the best solutions, and managing the full sales cycle at the point of sale. A minimum of 6 months in a commercial or sales environment is required.

Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a stable commercial role in Mallorca? An established business in the construction and technical services sector is seeking a dedicated Store Sales Representative to join their team in Palma. In this role, you will be the face of the store, assisting both professional tradespeople and private clients with their building material needs while maintaining an inviting, high-standard showroom environment.

Your primary focus will be delivering outstanding service, guiding customers toward the best solutions for their projects, and building lasting client relationships. You will manage the entire direct sales cycle at the point of sale, ensuring that every inquiry receives professional and prompt attention. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising customers on building materials and fostering long-term client loyalty
• Keeping the product showroom tidy, well-organized, and up to date
• Preparing detailed commercial quotes, estimates, and processing sales orders
• Resolving customer inquiries, delivery questions, and any related service incidents
• Supporting daily store administration using commercial management and office software

To be successful in this position, you should bring a proactive attitude and solid communication skills. The role requires at least 6 months of prior experience in a commercial or sales environment. Additionally, you should possess user-level proficiency with basic office software or commercial management programs (ERP/CRM tools). Knowledge of additional languages is considered a valuable plus, given the multicultural client base across Palma and Mallorca.

This position offers a permanent contract (contrato indefinido) with a dependable, regular schedule from Monday to Friday, working split shifts from 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00, allowing you to enjoy your weekends completely free. The annual salary ranges between 22,000 and 23,000 euros gross, structured in accordance with the construction sector collective agreement (convenio de construcción).
