Confidential employer in Mallorca is seeking a Store Sales Representative to join their team in Palma. You will be the face of the store, helping professional tradespeople and private clients with building material needs while keeping a welcoming showroom.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding service, guiding customers to the best solutions, and managing the full sales cycle at the point of sale. A minimum of 6 months in a commercial or sales environment is required.

Formación

• At least 6 months of experience in a commercial or sales environment.
• Basic office software or ERP/CRM proficiency.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advising customers on building materials and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Keeping the showroom tidy, organized, and up to date.
• Preparing quotes, estimates, and processing sales orders.
• Resolving inquiries, delivery questions, and service incidents.
• Supporting daily store administration with commercial software.
