Napapijri Outlet La Roca Village in Spain seeks a Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales and deliver a premium customer experience. You will coach staff, analyse KPIs and implement action plans to maximise performance.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration and a passion for brand values. Fluency in Spanish and English is expected, with a focus on maintaining visual standards and operational excellence.

Formación

• Store leadership experience in retail (manager or assistant)
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Commercial mindset with KPI analysis and action planning
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer-focused with passion for delivering results
• Ability to lead through change and inspire teams
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire and develop the store team to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Drive commercial performance through KPI analysis and action planning.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the Napapijri brand values.
• Recruit, coach and develop talent within the team.
• Ensure excellent standards in Visual Merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage stock, operational processes and compliance requirements.
• Build a positive and high-performing store culture.
• Partner closely with the District Manager to drive business opportunities and continuous improvement.
