Under Armour, Inc in Madrid San Sebastian is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 40-hour, full-time team. You will drive sales, oversee merchandising and operations, and deliver a customer experience that reflects the Under Armour brand.

The role requires collaboration, coaching, and strategic execution to meet targets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience in sports/apparel retail, strong analytics, and flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Minimum 1 year management in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Local language fluency; basic English required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and KPIs.
• Analyze daily sales trends to drive real-time decisions.
• Lead customer service, HR, inventory control and store appearance.
• Drive loyalty through in-store experience and omni-channel initiatives.
• Oversee merchandise flow, receipts, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Ensure daily operational procedures run efficiently.
• Maintain audit compliance and shrink reduction.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Keep store safe, neat and organized on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
