Converse is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and implement brand strategies to boost sales and market presence.

The role requires 5+ years of retail/leadership experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Weekend shifts are expected as part of the role.

Formación

• 5+ years of retail and/or leadership experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Extensive experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Independent and solution‑oriented way of working.
• Ability to build and strengthen a strong team.
• Willingness to work weekends and shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Create an inviting store environment ensuring a unique shopping experience for customers.
• Coordinate, support and supervise a diverse team and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
• Manage store budgets and operations to achieve sales goals and optimize performance.
• Lead and implement Converse strategies in-store (sustainability, Nike membership, digital offers).
• Provide insights to position the store in the local market and adhere to Converse standards.
