Converse seeks a Retail Lead in Mallorca to support the Store Manager in driving sales and profitability while guiding and developing store staff. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, visual merchandising support, and efficient operations in a dynamic retail environment.

You will lead by example as a Converse Brand Ambassador, ensuring adherence to standards, managing stock and shift coverage, and coaching the team to achieve daily goals and key metrics.

Formación

• Passion for Converse and the Fashion/Apparel footwear industry.
• Retail experience and/or leadership positions.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience and competency in delivering exceptional consumer service.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Strong focus on communication and flexibility to work in shifts and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets and provide direction to store staff.
• Open and close the store following procedures and standard processes.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and promotions, ensuring timely execution of markdowns and stock movements.
• Follow shipment standard processes and policies and ensure accuracy of deliveries.
• Cross-train employees across store areas (footwear, apparel, equipment, cashiering, back of house).
• Lead by example as Converse Brand Ambassador and mentor the team to meet daily goals and critical metrics.

As our Retail Lead and a member of the Converse Leadership Team, you willassistthe Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets and providing direction to other store employees. Help ensure long-term business growth by providing outstanding merchandising and customer service support within the Converse Store!

Operational and Merchant Excellence

• Ensure consistent execution of operating and merchant standards.
• Open and close store per operating procedures and standard processes
• Partner with SM to ensure that all visual merchandising, promotions, and markdowns are completed within guidelines and on time (to includemismates, obsolete, and defectives)
• Follow our shipment standard processes and policies
• Ensure that employees arecross-trainedasappropriate inall areas of operation, such as footwear, apparel, equipment, cashiering, and back of the house.

Customer Service

• As a Converse Brand Ambassador, you lead anddemonstratethe STARS MANTRA daily.
• Consistently communicates financialobjectivesand critical metrics such as daily goals and hourly readings. Your role is to mentor and encourage team members to reach those goals.

Financial Performance

• Assistin delivering the Financial Budget.
• In this role, you add to the store's financial performance through efficiency for critical sales, revenue, and shrinkage metrics, including conversion rates, UPT, and ADPTs.

Qualifications

• A passion for Converse and the Fashion/Apparel footwear industry.
• Experience inretail and/or leadershippositions
• Very goodcommand of English language(written andspoken)
• Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service
• Ability to coach and developa strong team
• Strong focus on communication
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
