A clothing store in Calvià is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily shop operations and drive commercial performance. This on-site, full-time role in Mallorca will have you taking ownership of the sales floor and guiding the team toward daily retail goals.

You will manage staff, oversee store performance, maintain presentation standards, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth workflows and proper procedures in a busy retail environment.
