A clothing store in Calvià is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily shop operations and drive commercial performance. This on-site, full-time role in Mallorca will have you taking ownership of the sales floor and guiding the team toward daily retail goals.

You will manage staff, oversee store performance, maintain presentation standards, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth workflows and proper procedures in a busy retail environment.

Formación

• Proven experience of at least 24 months in retail store management or supervision.
• Strong leadership, organizational and hands-on problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable communication with team, management and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate store staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee commercial management and operational activities to boost performance.
• Maintain high visual standards, organization, and tidiness on the shop floor.
• Act as main contact for suppliers, handling communication and deliveries.
• Supervise daily workflows and ensure adherence to retail procedures.
