The Swatch Group in Madrid is seeking a Store Manager to lead our new Tissot Boutique and inspire the team from day one. You will drive revenue growth, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional service in line with brand standards.

Ideal candidates will think strategically, manage priorities, and maintain cash-control and loss-prevention practices while delivering an outstanding in-store experience for customers.

• Ensure a consistent, high-quality in-store experience aligned with brand standards.
• Think strategically and make decisions that elevate store performance.
• Prioritize, plan, delegate, and manage administrative tasks while adapting to evolving business needs.
• Maximize inventory efficiency and maintain strong cash-control and loss-prevention practices.
