Clarios is seeking a Professional Customer Excellence in Madrid to own end-to-end order fulfilment and ensure on-time delivery. You will coordinate logistics, master data, and documentation, working with Sales, carriers and international teams to improve service levels and cost efficiency.

The role requires 3-4 years in customer service, logistics or related fields, with export/documentation experience and strong communication skills.

• Completed vocational training or secondary education in logistics, sales, business administration or related field.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, production or logistics, automotive industry desirable.
• Experience with export declarations, export-related processes and origin requirements.
• Awareness of dangerous-goods shipments and regulatory logistics factors.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills with customer focus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with customers, Sales, carriers and international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment from entry to delivery and invoicing.

Purpose of the position

As **Professional Customer Excellence**, you will act as the key operational contact for major automotive customers, ensuring reliable end-to-end service from order entry through on-time delivery and fulfilment. Working closely with customers, Sales, logistics partners and internal teams, you will drive customer satisfaction, service levels, process improvement and cost efficiency across the supply chain.

Location of the position

The position will be based in our modern office in central **Madrid, Spain** (Paseo de la Habana).

What you will do

• Manage the **end-to-end order fulfilment process**, from order entry and IDoc release through delivery, invoicing and required documentation.
• Set up and maintain **customer and product master data**, including customer requirements, labels and bills of material, in collaboration with Sales and customers.
• Coordinate **logistics, inventory and packaging**, ensuring availability, quality, cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Drive **customer satisfaction and claim management**, ensuring agreed KPIs, service levels and inventory targets are met.
• Prepare **import, export and transport documentation**, including export declarations, letters of credit and legalization documents.
• Support **continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives** across Customer Excellence and distribution.

What makes you a good fit

• Completed vocational training, secondary education or a relevant qualification in logistics, sales, business administration or a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, production or logistics; automotive-industry experience is highly desirable.
• Solid experience with export declarations, export-related processes, preferential origin and basic export-control requirements.
• Awareness of dangerous-goods shipments and external factors affecting logistics, such as legislation, fuel costs and environmental requirements.
• Good analytical, organizational and time-management skills, with a reliable and customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, Sales, carriers, service providers and international stakeholders.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and SAP; experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and customer platforms such as Stellantis or Ford is an advantage.
• Fluent Spanish and English; French or German would be a strong advantage.
