Moncler in La Roca Village, Spain is seeking a Full-Time Stock Controller to join our store team. You will manage back-of-house operations, ensuring stock accuracy, replenishment, and timely product availability for customers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in stock management, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with RFID; bilingual in Italian and English, and available on weekends. This role offers a competitive salary and meal vouchers.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warehouse operations with high efficiency to ensure products are readily available for clients.
• Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor rotations, arrivals, and changes for the sales team.
• Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, manage stock counts and stock room maintenance.
• Ensure counts are regularly conducted and report discrepancies to the line manager.
• Be in charge of customers’ repair requests, handle complaints and adhere to after sales procedures.
• Support colleagues in administrative activities.

Overview

Moncler is looking for a Full-Time Stock Controller to join the team of our Store in La Roca Village.

As an experienced Stock Controller, the person will be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to back of house and, in partnership with the team, will aim at reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well. We are looking for a team member who has good organizational skills, team-working attitude and attention to detail.

Your Impact

• Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for our Clients;
• Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to our Clients;
• Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance;
• Ensure counts are regularly conducted and that any discrepancies are reported to your line manager;
• Be charge of customers’ repair requests, deal with customer complaints and ensure that the corporate after sales procedures are accurately adhered to;
• Support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross annual salary range: €24,000–€29,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
