Moncler La Roca Village in Spain is seeking an experienced Stock Controller to support back-of-house operations and ensure timely product availability for clients.

You will organize the stockroom, manage replenishments and inventories, and handle repair requests while collaborating with the team to meet store targets.

Formación

• 1–3 years of stock management or retail operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
• Experience with RFID systems.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Available to work during weekends.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver all warehouse operations with high efficiency, ensuring products are available for clients.
• Organize stockroom, monitor rotations, and support sales with timely information.
• Handle replenishment, stock counts, inventories and stock room maintenance.
• Record discrepancies and report them to the line manager.
• Process customers’ repair requests and adhere to after-sales procedures.
• Support colleagues with administrative tasks.

We are looking for a team member who has good organizational skills, team-working attitude and attention to detail.

Overview

Moncler is looking for a Full-Time Stock Controller to join the team of our Store in La Roca Village. As an experienced Stock Controller, the person will be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to back of house and, in partnership with the team, will aim at reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well. We are looking for a team member who has good organizational skills, team-working attitude and attention to detail.

Your Impact

• Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for our Clients;
• Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to our Clients;
• Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance;
• Ensure counts are regularly conducted and that any discrepancies are reported to your line manager;
• Be charge of customers’ repair requests, deal with customer complaints and ensure that the corporate after sales procedures are accurately adhered to;
• Support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in stock management or retail operations, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector;
• Stong attention to detail and well-organized;
• Experience with the use of RIFD system is highly valued;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Available to work during weekends;
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross annual salary range: €24,000–€29,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
• Competitive sales commission scheme linked to store performance.
