SOGECLAIR in Getafe, Spain, is seeking a Static Stress Engineer (m/w/d) with 5+ years in aerospace to validate FEM models, perform static structural analysis, and prepare stress certification dossiers. You will interact with international teams and support design changes with a rigorously compliant approach.

Preferred candidates hold a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, fluency in Spanish and English (B1+), and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset suitable for multidisciplinary

Formación

• More than 5 years of proven experience in static analysis in the aerospace industry.
• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Experience working with Aerospace OEM / Tier / Suppliers on specific stress activities.
• Languages: English B1 minimum and Spanish fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Define analysis methodologies and validate FEM models and stress reports
• Perform static structural analysis of aircraft metallic and composite structures using Finite Element Models (FEM)
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior stress engineers
• Extraction of loads, stresses, generation of spectra and mission file
• Extraction of material data, geometry details and fastener specifications from part & assembly drawings
• Support design teams by assessing structural modifications, non-conformities and engineering changes
• Creation of FEMs using geometric data from part & assembly drawings
• Preparation of stress certification dossiers

We are looking for a Static Stress Engineer (m/w/d) with more than 5 years of proven experience in the aerospace industry to join our team in Getafe.

Candidate should be proficient in the following tasks:

• Define analysis methodologies and validate FEM models and stress reports
