SOGECLAIR is seeking a Junior Static Stress Engineer in Getafe with 2-5 years of experience in the aerospace industry. This role involves performing static structural analysis of aircraft using Finite Element Models, supporting design teams, and preparing stress certification dossiers.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, possesses skills in MSC Nastran and CATIA V5, and is fluent in Spanish with minimum B1 English.

Formación

We are looking for a Junior Static Stress Engineer (m/w/d) with 2-5 years of proven experience in the aerospace industry to join our team in Getafe.

Candidates should be proficient in the following tasks:

• Perform static structural analysis of aircraft metallic and composite structures using Finite Element Models (FEM)
• Extraction of loads, stresses, generation of spectra and mission file
• Extraction of material data, geometry details and fastener specifications from part & assembly drawings
• Support design teams by assessing structural modifications, non-conformities and engineering changes
• Creation of FEMs using geometric data from part & assembly drawings
• Preparation of stress certification dossiers

About you:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in static analysis in the aerospace industry
• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Experience working with Aerospace OEM / Tier / Suppliers on Specific stress activities
• Languages: English B1 minimum and Spanish fluency
