SOGECLAIR is seeking a Junior Static Stress Engineer (m/w/d) in Sevilla with 2–5 years of proven experience in aerospace static analysis. You will perform FEM-based structural analyses of metallic and composite aircraft structures, extract loads and spectra, and assist certification dossiers within an international engineering environment.

Requirements include a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, experience with OEM/Tier suppliers on stress activities, and English B1 plus Spanish

Formación

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in static analysis in the aerospace industry.
• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Experience working with Aerospace OEM / Tier / Suppliers on Specific stress activities.
• Languages: English B1 minimum and Spanish fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Perform static structural analysis of aircraft metallic and composite structures using Finite Element Models (FEM).
• Extraction of loads, stresses, generation of spectra and mission file.
• Extraction of material data, geometry details and fastener specifications from part & assembly drawings.
• Support design teams by assessing structural modifications, non-conformities and engineering changes.
• Creation of FEMs using geometric data from part & assembly drawings.
• Preparation of stress certification dossiers.
