Super is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own cross-team architectural initiatives across the platform in Europe. You will design scalable systems, lead large initiatives, and work with AWS, Go, Erlang, and Kafka to improve resilience and delivery.

Formación

8+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale production environments.
Experience designing solutions that impact multiple teams or tribes.
Proven track record delivering high-quality, scalable software.
Strong distributed systems fundamentals and architecture.
Comfort with ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with leadership to design scalable software solutions.
Analyze complex system challenges and improve architecture and platform efficiency.
Drive cross-team initiatives from concept to execution.
