Super is building The Playstack—an expansive platform powering sports, gaming, and fan experiences across Europe and beyond. We seek a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop critical infrastructure, optimize performance, and drive reliability across markets.

You will contribute to a scalable platform, participate in code reviews, and mentor teammates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building high-quality software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong practices including code reviews, CI/CD, and design documentation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code focused on performance and scalability.
• Passion for delivering high-quality solutions and customer success.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute directly to the design and development of our platform.
• Optimize the platform to support product features more efficiently.
• Ensure platform stability and reliability across all environments.
• Support platform expansion into new markets, maintaining a stable hosting environment.
• Enable traders to define mappings to our external offerings.
• Drive improvements to platform health across scalability, speed, quality, and flexibility.
• Maintain low latency and high success rates to directly improve user experience.
• Conduct design and code reviews, and provide mentorship to other team members.
