Super is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Spain to lead cross-team architectural initiatives across the Play platform. You will work with senior leadership to design scalable, cloud-native solutions using AWS, Go, Erlang, and Kafka to power sports, gaming and fan experiences.

You will mentor engineers, drive large-scale projects from concept to deployment, and improve system reliability, scalability, and automation across multiple services.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on software development experience in a large-scale production environment.
• Proven track record delivering scalable software across multiple teams or services.
• Strong system design fundamentals with emphasis on distributed systems.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and drive architectural decisions.
