Job summary

Safeguard Global ETT (Spain) is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Recruiter to join our growing international Staff-Leasing team and support our Temporary employment agency (ETT) in Spain.

You will own full recruitment processes for TEMPs positions in Spain, coordinate with the Sales team to understand client needs, search and shortlist candidates, and act as the link between candidates and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• University education, preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or alternatively in Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment at temp agencies (ETT).
• Native Spanish speaker, English intermediate.
• Experience in temporary employment agencies.
• Comfortable with search processes, first discussions with candidates, and customer-facing time (as needed).
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Service-driven with the ambition to excel.
• Be able to communicate effectively with customers, partners and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment for Spain TEMPs agency.
• In coordination with Sales, understand customer needs for TEMPs positions and hire.
• Screen candidates, conduct first contacts, and prepare shortlists for customers.
• Serve as a link between candidates and customers to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain client and employee contracts and other activity records.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and prioritization to meet deadlines.

The role in a nutshell:

We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced Recruiter TEMPs positions to join our growing international Staff-Leasing team and to support our Temporary employment agency (ETT) in Spain.

How you will make a difference:

• Full responsibility for all recruitment processes of our Temporary employment agency in Spain
• In coordination with our Sales team, to fully understand the needs of our customers for all TEMPs positions to hire
• Managing the search of candidates for all TEMPs positions: screening best candidates, having a first contact with them and prepare a shortlist for our customers
• Acting as a link between the best candidates for any position and our customers, to ensure that we are delivering our services properly
• Good command of the Spanish Labor Market regulation and processes
• Work contracts in Temp recruitment agencies: A comprehensive view of all details, types, etc.
• Maintain appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records
• Good organizational capabilities: appropriate document-keeping, setting priorities in order to get things well done and on time.

What will give you an advantage:

• University education, preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or alternatively in Business Administration
• Strong experience with recruitments, acquired in small temporary employment agencies (ETT) +5 years of working experience relevant for this position
• Native Spanish speaker, English Intermediate level (written and spoken)
• Previous professional experience in temporary employment agencies
• Comfortable with search processes, first discussions with candidates, and customer-facing time (as needed)
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
• Service-driven with the ambition to excel
• Be able to communicate effectively with customers, partners and colleagues
