Qonto in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Staff Data Analyst – Growth to own attribution modeling and measure the impact of marketing spend across channels. You will run geo tests and conversion lift studies, turning data into evidence-based decisions under the Lead Data Analyst.

Qualificações

• Own attribution models and explain last-click vs first-click decisions.
• Test incrementality in ad platforms (geo tests, conversion lift).
• Able to translate technical results for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in SQL and a BI tool (Snowflake/Tableau or equivalent).
• Uses AI to enhance workflow and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Own attribution end-to-end and maintain models and touchpoint definitions.
• Design and run geo tests and conversion lift studies in Google/Meta Ads.
• Build and drive the incrementality testing roadmap in the first months.
• Help channel teams and Finance interpret numbers and reach consensus.
• Use AI to inform stakeholder asks and ship dashboards that answer them.
