Invopop (YC W23) is seeking a Staff Product Engineer in Madrid. You'll take ownership of various Apps from research to production. Responsibilities include driving product decisions and supporting customers.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in backend systems, strong product judgment, and is fluent in English. Compensation ranges from €90k to €140k base, plus stock options, depending on seniority.

You're expected to be in the office 3–4 days a month and travel expenses are covered.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in building backend systems.
• Ability to scope, prioritize features, and make trade-offs.
• Experience in leading projects end-to-end.
