Compensation ranges from €90k to €140k base plus stock options, with flexibility for remote work, requiring 3-4 days per month in the Madrid office.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in backend system development.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to prioritize under ambiguity.
• Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end.
