Newry Global Media in Madrid is hiring multiple Senior Product Managers to own core mobile experiences end to end. You will sit within the product team, reporting into the Head of Product, and work closely with engineering, design, growth, and data to ship things that move real numbers.

This is not a backlog management role. We need operators who own outcomes from the first insight to the App Store rating.

Formación

• 3 to 8 years of product management experience, with the majority in mobile apps.
• Fluent in mobile metrics: D7/D14/D30 retention, LTV by cohort, conversion rates, ARPU, churn.
• Deep experience with paywall design, A/B testing, subscription flows, and monetization experimentation.
• Comfortable running single-variable experiments and reading results without hand-holding.
• Strong data skills to pull analysis and pressure-test assumptions.
• Operator mindset focused on small details that compound over time.
• Clear communicator who can align a squad and present to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Full product lifecycle for a set of apps: vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution.
• Monetization strategy: paywall mechanics, pricing experiments, trial flows, and subscription economics.
• Activation and retention: onboarding funnels, push strategy, engagement loops, and churn reduction.
• Data: retention curves, LTV cohorts, conversion metrics; turn insights into shipped features.
• Cross-functional alignment: engineering, design, growth, and UA move together because of you.

The Role

• Monetization strategy: paywall mechanics, pricing experiments, trial flows, and subscription economics
• Activation and retention: onboarding funnels, push strategy, engagement loops, and churn reduction
• Data: live inside retention curves, LTV cohorts, and conversion metrics and turn insight into shipped features
• Cross-functional alignment: engineering, design, growth, and UA move together because of you

Requisitos

Who You Are

• 3 to 8 years of product management experience, with the majority in mobile apps
• Fluent in mobile metrics: D7/D14/D30 retention, LTV by cohort, conversion rates, ARPU, churn (not exhaustive)
• Deep experience with paywall design, A/B testing, subscription flows, and monetization experimentation
• Comfortable running single-variable experiments and reading results without hand-holding
• Strong enough with data to pull your own analysis and pressure-test assumptions
• Operator mindset: you care about the 1% details that compound over time
• Clear communicator who can align a squad and present to leadership without over engineering either
