Legends Global is seeking a Stadium Retail Manager to lead multiple outlets within a major stadium in Madrid. You will manage Store Managers and staff to hit sales targets, deliver exceptional service, and uphold brand and operational standards across all points of sale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing multiple retail locations.
• Experience coordinating external suppliers and service providers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a large team of Store Managers and retail employees to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all retail locations, including inventory management, cost control, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence during matches and events, ensuring all retail locations operate smoothly and deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Coordinate retail operations before, during, and after events, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and service standards.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners, ensuring timely delivery of products and services while maintaining quality and cost standards.
