Legends Global Iberia is seeking a Stadium Retail Manager to lead and coordinate multiple stadium retail locations, manage Store Managers and staff, and drive sales targets while delivering exceptional fan experiences.

You will ensure brand standards, oversee inventory and supplier relations, and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, with a hybrid work setup.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing multiple retail locations with complex operations.
• Experience coordinating external suppliers and service providers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and develop a large team of Store Managers and retail employees to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all retail locations, including inventory management, cost control, and compliance with company policies.
• Define, implement, and monitor sales targets and KPIs for each location.
• Coordinate with Human Resources, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Operations to support business objectives.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence during matches and events to ensure outstanding customer experience.
