Responsibilities

• Visit stores regularly to support Store Managers and teams with coaching and hands-on guidance.
• Develop Store Managers to improve team performance, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion, average ticket, UPT, and productivity; create action plans.
• Ensure consistent Visual Merchandising standards, promotions, launches, and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with Store Managers on stock management, replenishment and product availability.
