Getnet Platforms, part of Santander Group, seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure stability, performance, and scalability of the AWS-based platform and to support production incidents.

You will monitor, automate, and improve resilience while collaborating with platform and engineering teams to deliver observability and reliable services. The role requires strong English and Spanish skills and a hybrid work model with significant on-site presence.

Formación

• 3 years in SRE or similar.
• Demonstrable experience as SRE, DevOps, or similar in production environments.
• Knowledge and experience in Terraform, Helm, or similar.
• High resolution capacity focused in service stability and business operations.
• English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure platform availability and reliability through process automation and monitoring.
• Operate, maintain, and develop monitoring and alerting tools: Dynatrace, ELK, PagerDuty; Monitoring as code.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Provide quick response, troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents across the environment.
• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to define resilient and scalable solutions.
• Define and develop SLI's & SLO's to monitor trends and observability.
• Develop tools to speed response time or minimize outages during incidents.
• Collaborate on post-incident activities.

What you’ll do

As a SRE engineer, the candidate will be focused on ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of the platform deployed in AWS Public cloud, and will support production incidents.

What we’re looking for

• Ensure platform availability and reliability through process automation and monitoring.
• Operate, maintain, and develop solutions in our monitoring and alerting tools: Dynatrace, ELK, PagerDuty. Monitoring as code.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Provide quick response, troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents operating in any piece of the environment.
• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams in the definition of resilient and scalable solutions.
• Define and develop SLI's & SLO's to monitor trends, collaborate with engineering teams to ensure observability, traceability, and resilience of the services.
• Develop tools to speed response time or minimize outages during incidents.
• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams in post incident activities.

Key Requirements

• 3 years in SRE or similar
• Demonstrable experience as SRE, DevOps, or similar in production environments
• Knowledge and experience in Terraform, Helm, or similar.
• High resolution capacity focused in service stability and business operations.
• English and Spanish required

Other relevant information

• Availability to be involved in an on-call 24x7 rotation for 1-2 weeks a month
• Proactive, with a team collaboration approach.
