Getnet Platforms, part of Santander Payment Solutions, is seeking a SRE engineer to ensure stability, performance, and scalability of the platform deployed in AWS Public cloud. You will support production incidents, monitor systems, and collaborate on resilient solutions across global teams.

The role requires 3+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong Dynatrace/Kubernetes/AWS expertise, and fluency in English and Spanish. Hybrid work with 60% on-site in Madrid, Spain is offered.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in SRE or a similar role.
• Proven production SRE/DevOps experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Dynatrace, Kubernetes, databases, and AWS services.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or Helm.
• Strong focus on service stability and business operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure platform availability and reliability through automation and monitoring.
• Operate and develop monitoring/alerting tools: Dynatrace, ELK, PagerDuty.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Respond to production incidents with quick troubleshooting and resolution.
• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to design resilient, scalable solutions.
• Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs for observability and resilience.
• Develop tools to speed response and reduce outages during incidents.
• Engage in post-incident activities with platform teams.

What you'll do

As a SRE engineer, the candidate will be focused on ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of the platform deployed in AWS Public cloud, and will support production incidents.

• Ensure platform availability and reliability through process automation and monitoring.
• Operate, maintain, and develop solutions in our monitoring and alerting tools: Dynatrace, ELK, PagerDuty. Monitoring as code.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Provide quick response, troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents operating in any piece of the environment.
• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams in the definition of resilient and scalable solutions.
• Define and develop SLI's & SLO's to monitor trends, collaborate with engineering teams to ensure observability, traceability, and resilience of the services.
• Develop tools to speed response time or minimize outages during incidents.
• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams in post incident activities.

Key Requirements

• 3 years in SRE or similar
• Demonstrable experience as SRE, DevOps, or similar in production environments
• Advance Knowledge in Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Databases, Messaging/streaming services, AWS services.
• Knowledge and experience in Terraform, Helm, or similar.
• High resolution capacity focused in service stability and business operations.
• English and Spanish required

Other relevant information

• Availability to be involved in an on-call 24x7 rotation for 1-2 weeks a month
