Getnet Platforms, part of Santander, seeks a senior professional to lead operating model design and transformation initiatives across local execution, with a focus on data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with business and IT, define KPIs, drive process improvements, and contribute to AI-driven automation and digital tools, while supporting carve-outs and transitions in a hybrid, on-site heavy environment.

Formación

• More than 6 years of relevant experience in operations or transformation.
• Experience in operating model design and implementation methodologies.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Languages: Spanish and English fluency.

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable operating models for local execution.
• Lead process analysis, redesign and continuous improvement with data-driven methods.
• Define, track and interpret KPIs for performance monitoring and decisions.

What You'll Do

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable operating models, supporting the successful local execution of transformation initiatives.


• Lead process analysis, redesign and continuous improvement efforts using data-driven methods and process simplification principles.


• Define, track and interpret KPIs to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities and support data-based decisions.


• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to standardize processes, improve execution and promote reusable, scalable ways of working.


• Support cross-functional transformation initiatives by coordinating tasks, timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.


• Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure commitments are delivered on time and dependencies are managed effectively.


• Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven automation solutions and digital transformation tools that improve efficiency and productivity.


• Support carve-out and transition activities by coordinating stakeholders and helping ensure business continuity during change processes.

What We're Looking For

Professional Experience

More than 6 years of relevant experience in operations, transformation, process improvement, or related areas. (Required)

Experience In Operating Model Design And Implementation Methodologies. (Required)

Experience supporting transformation, carve-out, transition or process engineering initiatives. (Preferred)

Education

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field. (Required)

Postgraduate studies or certifications related to process improvement, transformation, or project management. (Preferred)

Languages

Spanish: fluent. (Required)

English: fluent. (Required)

Hard Skills
