Job summary

Glovo is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to own and improve our end-to-end onboarding experience across HQ and international markets. You will design engaging sessions, align content with Glovo’s values, and drive global learning initiatives with a data-driven approach.

Leverage collaboration with People teams and business leaders to identify needs, roll out programs, and automate communications. A strong focus on diversity, inclusion and belonging will guide all learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years coordinating Learning & Development, onboarding or employee‑experience programmes end-to-end.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, coordinating multiple workstreams, countries and stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience facilitating engaging in-person and virtual learning sessions for diverse audiences.
• Experience designing practical learning content based on clear learning objectives and business needs.
• Experience applying DIB principles to learning experiences or supporting ERGs, mentoring programmes and other inclusion initiatives.
• Professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Track participation, completion, satisfaction and learning impact; translate data into actionable insights.
• Embed Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging principles into learning experiences and initiatives like ERGs.
• Support Employee Resource Groups and coordinate learning initiatives connected to DIB, e.g., mentoring programmes.

YOUR MISSION

As a Learning & Development Specialist, your mission will be to own and continuously improve Glovo’s end-to-end Cultural and Functional Onboarding experience, ensuring every new joiner has a consistent, engaging and impactful start. You will also help execute Glovo’s global learning strategy, delivering scalable learning experiences across HQ and International markets and using data and automation to improve their impact. You will also contribute to a more inclusive learning experience by supporting DIB initiatives and programmes.

THE JOURNEY

• Own the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of Glovo’s Cultural and Functional Onboarding experience across HQ and International markets.
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual onboarding and learning sessions, creating inclusive experiences adapted to different audiences and contexts.
• Design and update learning content, activities and resources aligned with Glovo’s values, culture, leadership expectations and business priorities.
• Manage global learning programmes and rollouts end-to-end, coordinating timelines, audiences, facilitators, rooms, materials, communications and follow-up actions.
• Build strong partnerships with People teams, business leaders, subject‑matter experts and local stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver relevant solutions.
• Lead the improvement and automation of onboarding communications through Slack and email, creating a consistent experience while reducing manual processes.
• Track participation, attendance, completion, satisfaction and learning impact, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Embed Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) principles into relevant learning experiences, including content, communications and facilitation practices.
• Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and coordinate learning initiatives connected to DIB, such as the mentoring programme, in partnership with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must-haves

• Min 4 years previous experience coordinating Learning & Development, onboarding, training or employee‑experience programmes end-to‑end.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, countries and stakeholders without formal authority.

• A data‑driven mindset and experience tracking learning metrics, identifying insights and recommending improvements.
• Experience improving or automating communications and operational processes through Slack, email or similar digital tools.
• Experience supporting global learning rollouts and adapting programmes for different markets, cultures and audiences.
• Familiarity with learning platforms, content‑creation tools and digital collaboration solutions.
• Understanding of inclusive learning design and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles.
